As a premier full-service swimming pool contractor and designer, serving the Greater Milwaukee & Waukesha area since 2003, Penguin Pools is adding to their growing team. The marketing coordinator role is ideal for early career marketing professionals who are ready to bring their expertise and creativity into a role with real ownership and visibility. You’ll work closely with the President and sales team, contributing to all aspects of marketing while driving business growth. This role brings the brand to life by highlighting customer projects and experiences that speak to prospective clients. The marketing coordinator will support content development, execute digital campaigns, track and report performance, and partner with team members to continually improve marketing impact and advance strategic business goals. Travel to client project sites regularly (company vehicle provided). What You’ll Do Travel to client project sites throughout Greater Milwaukee & Waukesha Plan, schedule, and post content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and participating in local community pages Coordinate with third‑party vendors and local advertising partners Create and update print materials such as flyers, brochures, signage, and mailers Capture and edit photos and videos of completed pool projects (before/after and lifestyle content; drone footage is a plus) Create short‑ and long‑form video content for social media and YouTube Track leads, engagement, and campaign performance using basic analytics and CRM tools Support promotions, referral programs, email campaigns, and community events Keep marketing assets, files, and reporting organized What We’re Looking For Recent graduate with relevant marketing internships or 1–3 years of professional marketing experience Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfort managing social media platforms, content calendars, and basic performance metrics Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines A creative mindset paired with a practical, execution‑focused approach Experience with photography, video editing, or drone content is a strong plus, but not required Valid WI driver license and automobile insurance Why Work at Penguin Pools Competitive salary with additional income potential through performance-based incentives Welcoming and collaborative work environment with monthly company sponsored events Full benefits package Access to a company vehicle for work‑related activities Flexible schedule during the off‑season Direct exposure to leadership and meaningful responsibility If you’re organized, creative, and excited to grow in your marketing career while helping build a strong local brand, we’d love to hear from you.
