Overview
Customer Service Representative
Location: Virginia Beach, VA (remote; must reside in Virginia Beach and surrounding area. Candidates must be able to travel on-site if needed.)
Shift: First (Day) shift, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
Position: Full-time, Day Shift.
Responsibilities: The Customer Service Representative is responsible for all areas of customer service as it pertains to the research and resolution of telephone inquiries from members or patients. Primarily responsible for handling incoming calls to effectively address issues related to member eligibility, plan prescription benefits, claim payment issues, and patient services needs such as updating billing information, establishing payment plans, resolving payment inquiries, or patient scheduling.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
Experience
Two years of customer service experience required
Previous data entry experience required
Prior scheduling experience required
Experience in a high-volume call center preferred
