Head of Partnerships

We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to help expand premium supply relationships and strengthen strategic partnerships across publishers and SSPs. This role will focus on bringing high-quality inventory into the exchange, maintaining key ecosystem relationships, and supporting marketplace growth in a fast-evolving programmatic environment.

Responsibilities

Identify and onboard new supply partners (publishers, app developers) and demand partners (DSPs, ad networks), as well as manage strategic SSP relationships.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships across the programmatic ecosystem.

Negotiate and close commercial agreements that support partner growth and exchange adoption.

Work closely with operations and technical teams to ensure smooth partner onboarding and integrations.

Maintain and strengthen relationships with key SSP partners to support Smart Supply distribution and demand access.

Monitor partner performance and market trends to identify new partnership opportunities.

Represent Smart Exchange at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings.

Act as the voice of partners internally, sharing feedback to support how the business approaches the market.

Qualifications

5–7 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales within digital advertising.

Strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, including RTB, DSPs, SSPs, and ad exchanges.

Proven experience building and growing strategic partnerships.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data and performance insights into action.

Self-driven and comfortable working in a fast-moving, early-stage environment.

Nice to Have

Experience working with mobile, CTV, or audio inventory.

Existing network of DSP, SSP, or ad tech contacts.

Familiarity with common ad tech platforms and tools.
