Include the following: Be on time. Be in a clean, presentable uniform and ready to work at your call time. Smile, make eye contact and be courteous! Greet each guest in a warm, friendly manner ("Good evening" or "Welcome to the Sames Auto Arena") Be certain that each guest possesses a valid admission ticket by checking that the proper event name, date and event/box code appears on each ticket. Scan all tickets using computerized scanners. Direct all guest towards the general direction of their seating section ("Section____ is to your left. An usher will show you to your seat"). Keep your lines moving as rapidly as possible, and if able, assist other ticket takers by directing longer lines to your area. Check for food, drinks and other contraband. Other duties may be assigned. Qualifications

Skills and Abilities Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) will be strongly preferred. Strong communication and teamwork skills are a must.
