Responsibilities
Safely operate a 50’ charter vessel for charters around Boston Harbor Adhere to all local and federal regulations Manage subordinate crew members Provide strong and positive customer service to guests Perform routine vessel maintenance and cleaning Maintain appropriate vessel logs Qualifications
USCG 50 Ton Master license Previous experience in Boston Harbor and tributary waterways Prior experience as a Captain Strong boat-handling skills Exceptional customer service abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment FCC MROP certification Previous passenger vessel experience Current First Aid & CPR certification Diesel engine and mechanical skills All candidates must pass a USCG/DOT drug test and enroll in the company’s random drug testing program.
