Our office is located in Everett. We currently have 4 team members at our agency. Additional languages spoken: Spanish. Responsibilities
Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues. Maintain client records and update information as needed. Assist with customer retention strategies. Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications
