Culligan Water is seeking an individual experienced in customer relations. The Customer Service Representative works directly with customers to discuss orders, resolve problems, and meet related needs. To be a successful Customer Service Representative, you should be detail-oriented, organized, and have strong interpersonal and communication skills. Responsibilities include extensive problem-solving, order processing, managing customer accounts, providing proactive sales support, scheduling service and delivery orders, coordinating schedules with the service/operations team, contacting customers for scheduling additional services or offering maintenance plans, and referring unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, strong time management and project management skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office (word, excel, outlook), excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and prior customer service experience preferred.
