Key Responsibilities: Safely move, park, and arrange RVs and trailers on the lot according to dealership guidelines Maintain the overall appearance and organization of the lot, including landscaping and debris removal Support the sales team by locating and preparing RVs for customer demonstrations and test drives Assist with RV deliveries and customer pick-ups Other duties as assigned Requirements: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to safely operate large vehicles, including RVs and trailers (training provided) Forklift Certification is preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic Excellent communication and teamwork skills Previous experience with RVs or in a dealership setting is a plus, but not required
