We’re Hiring: Senior Technical Product Marketing Specialist
Austin, TX (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
Our client is growing—and we’re looking for a hands-on Senior Technical Product Marketing Specialist who thrives at the intersection of product, engineering, and sales.
This is not a “sit back and strategize” role. We’re looking for someone who executes, collaborates, and owns outcomes.
What You’ll Do:
Own and manage our Product Information Management (PIM) system and product data workflows
Support and execute ~12 product launches per year end-to-end
Translate technical documentation into clear, customer-focused messaging and sales tools
Bring the voice of the customer (VOC) into product and marketing decisions
Act as a liaison across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing
Develop technical content including battlecards, comparisons, and solution briefs
Identify gaps in product data and drive cross-functional resolution
What We’re Looking For:
2–8 years experience in technical product marketing, product support, or similar roles
Background in or exposure to: Data centers, Power distribution (PDUs), Cooling systems, Structured cabling, or Network infrastructure
Strong technical writing skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts
Someone who brings ideas AND execution (not just strategy)
High emotional intelligence and strong communication skills
Comfortable working cross-functionally and driving alignment
What the Role Looks Like:
Primarily internal collaboration with product, engineering, and marketing teams
Occasional customer site visits (~1x/quarter) to gather insights (no direct sales responsibility)
Work closely with a collaborative team of product managers, sales, and a marketing team
