Job Description Define Salesforce Solution Direction • Own end-to-end solution architecture for Salesforce-enabled capabilities across FSC and Service Cloud. • Translate business objectives into scalable designs across application, integration, data, and security domains. • Develop and maintain architectural artifacts including context diagrams, integration flows, data models, and security patterns. • Ensure alignment with divisional roadmaps and enterprise guardrails. Lead Salesforce Integration Architecture • Define integration strategies between Salesforce and core enterprise systems (policy administration, document management, digital portals, messaging frameworks, contact center platforms).
