We’re looking for a hybrid Fixed Income PM / ETF Trader who actually likes getting into the weeds of bond markets and ETF structure. You’ll own strategy design and day-to-day implementation for bond ETFs, working directly with our team to turn ideas into live, tradeable products. What You’ll Do
Design and manage rules-based fixed income ETF portfolios (rates, credit, curve, yield, etc.). Run the trading loop: baskets, rebalances, liquidity, and execution quality. Work with APs, market makers, and dealers to keep spreads tight and tracking clean. Help spot new ETF opportunities and move them from concept → launch. Who You Are
You have 2+ years of experience in fixed income trading or portfolio management and know your way around bond markets. You understand how ETFs actually trade, including creation/redemption, baskets, and market structure. You’ve worked with ETF portfolio management, ETF trading, or index/rules-based strategies. You’ve spent time at an ETF issuer, asset manager, hedge fund, or trading desk and are now looking for more ownership and direct impact. Why This is Interesting

Base Salary:
$100,000 – $200,000 Bonus:
20% – 50% of base On-Target Earnings (OTE):
