The ED will serve as the operational and strategic anchor for AXIS, working in close partnership with Artistic Director Nadia Adame to ensure our artistic vision has a sound and sustainable organizational home. We’re looking for someone with strong nonprofit management experience, financial and legal fluency, and a real commitment to disability equity
as central to organizational identity. No prior experience in dance or disability arts required. Key Details
