About the Role: Intuit is embarking on a transformative journey to significantly accelerate its growth by establishing a new Mid‑Market Group. We are seeking an exceptionally‑driven and detail‑oriented events manager to play a critical execution role in bringing our mid‑market event strategies to life. You will be crucial in delivering significant business outcomes for Intuit Enterprise Suite, Quickbooks Advanced and Intuit Mailchimp, all in service of delivering unparalleled benefit and prosperity for our mid‑market customers.
This national role is equal parts operational mastermind and event execution powerhouse. Your primary responsibility will be cross‑functional support on the events team, project managing the complex workflows of the Growth Experiences team ensuring setup and building of the events is streamlined to the end with a performance based outcome.
As our calendar expands in FY27, you will also serve as a crucial ‘pinch hitter’—stepping in to assist, plan and execute end‑to‑end experiences when the team needs surge support. Operating within Intuit’s robust marketing ecosystem, you will translate mid‑market event strategies into impactful, flawlessly executed brand experiences. You will collaborate with Intuit’s Creative Studio team, leveraging their expertise in brand narrative, experiential marketing, and event production to ensure a cohesive and impactful presence for the mid‑market.

Responsibilities
Team Workflow & Project Management: Act as the operational hub for the Growth Experiences team. Manage the intake form process for business partners, orchestrate timelines, and project manage deliverables across a complex FY26 calendar of digital and in‑person experiences. Coordinate cross‑functionally with event producers, designers, copywriters, and agency partners to keep all programs on track.
Outcome‑Driven Planning: Report on clear event goals, KPIs, and success metrics (including leads, pipeline generated, revenue attribution, attendance rates, NPS/satisfaction scores, and brand perception shifts) with a strong emphasis on demonstrating tangible business outcomes that reflect increased customer value and prosperity. Partner with the B2B field marketing team to assist in ensuring raw leads are routed effectively into nurture campaigns and create post‑reports with team drivers for quick leadership reports.
Cross‑Channel Reporting (PMM & IMT): Build and maintain a unified, end‑to‑end reporting structure. Partner closely with Product Marketing Managers (PMM) and Integrated Marketing Teams (IMT) to track pipeline acceleration, communicate event ROI, and replace weekly manual pipeline calculations with streamlined dashboards.
End‑to‑End Event Planning: Be ready to jump in as needed for end‑to‑end execution of events. This could range from assisting with virtual events to hosting field experiences or providing support on road‑show elements. Assist with managing the end‑to‑end execution of specific mid‑market events and programs throughout the calendar year, ensuring strategic alignment translates into flawless experiences that truly benefit our customers.
Budget Management: Track event budgets to ensure cost‑effectiveness and high‑quality experiences that consistently elevate the customer’s interaction with Intuit.
Bold Experimentation: Champion a culture of experimentation, continuously exploring new event formats, technologies, and innovative approaches to push boundaries and enhance event effectiveness, always with the aim of creating more impactful and beneficial experiences for our mid‑market audience.
Cross‑functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with a wide range of internal stakeholders including Go‑to‑Market (GTM) Mid‑Market Team, Mid‑Market Sales Team, Product Management, Analytics, Demand Generation, Creative, Sales Enablement, broader Event Strategy teams, and Event Production teams, ensuring a unified, audience‑first approach across all touchpoints.
Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years of progressive experience in event marketing, field marketing, or marketing operations, specifically with a strong emphasis on project management and B2B/mid‑market audiences.
Systems & Data Savvy: Understanding of the sales and marketing funnel. Comfortable working with lead capture strategies and a strong understanding of CRM and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, Marketo).
Cross‑Functional Connector: Demonstrated ability to build relationships and reporting structures across distinct organizational matrices (specifically connecting Event teams with PMMs, Integrated Marketing, and Sales).
Event Planning Passion: Proven track record of end‑to‑end event execution. Able to develop ‘event‑in‑a‑box’ principles (booth signage, staffing models, collateral) and seamlessly transition from event conception to execution.
