NA Mid-Market Expansion Account Executive

Mid‑Market Account Executives (AEs) lead strategic business growth for existing Lucidchart and Lucidspark customers in their territories. After prospect qualification, AEs work directly with current customers to create business value across multiple personas, close sales opportunities, ensure renewals, drive expansion, and foster ongoing engagement.
Responsibilities
Effectively close business opportunities and build personal relationships with the existing book of accounts.
Provide excellent customer service and identify strategic opportunities to expand Lucid suite adoption.
Apply innovative outbound prospecting and pipeline generation best practices.
Create and maintain reliable forecasts to ensure transparency between your pipeline and management.
Become an expert in demonstrating the value of the Lucid Suite and understanding the target market and personas.
Cultivate a mindset of Teamwork Over Ego, seeking opportunities to help others and lead critical initiatives.
Meet team standards around activity, accountability, and internal cross‑functional SLAs.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
4+ years of closing experience (Account Executive or similar; preferably in tech/SaaS).
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Hybrid work model: remote work combined with in‑person collaboration at our South Jordan, UT office, two days a week (Tuesday and Thursday).
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM.
Experience managing a large book of accounts and expanding existing relationships.
Experience with software sales (prospecting & closing).
Familiarity with Salesforce leads, contacts, and opportunities; maintains clean Salesforce hygiene.
Ability to manage a high volume of prospects and opportunities simultaneously.
Experience with Outreach or similar workflow software.
Skilled in selling a product against direct and indirect competitors.
BA/BS degree or equivalent.
