Job Title: Data Sales & Alliances Leader Role Summary Drive revenue growth and strategic partnerships for the Data & Analytics practice by leading sales initiatives and building high-impact alliances with technology partners. This role blends commercial ownership, partner ecosystem development, and data-led solution positioning.
Key Responsibilities Own and drive sales strategy for Data & Analytics offerings across key markets Build and manage a strong pipeline across data engineering, analytics, AI/ML, and cloud data platforms Lead large deals, client pitches, and commercial negotiations
Alliances & Partner Management Establish and grow strategic partnerships with hyperscalers (Azure, AWS, GCP) and data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, etc.) Drive joint go-to-market initiatives, co-sell programs, and partner-led opportunities Manage partner relationships, certifications, and alliance performance metrics
Solution Positioning & Pre-Sales Shape data-driven solutions aligned to client business outcomes Collaborate with architecture and delivery teams to build compelling proposals and value propositions Support RFPs, estimations, and deal structuring Identify new market opportunities, industry trends, and competitive positioning Define offerings, accelerators, and differentiated value propositions in the data space Drive branding and thought leadership in Data & Analytics
Stakeholder & Account Management Engage with CXOs and senior stakeholders to position data transformation initiatives Expand existing accounts and drive cross-sell/upsell opportunities Act as a trusted advisor for data modernization and analytics strategy
Requirements Required Skills & Experience 12–18+ years of experience in sales, alliances, or business development in Data & Analytics Strong understanding of data platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake) Proven track record of closing large, complex deals Experience managing strategic alliances and partner ecosystems Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Preferred Skills Experience in Insurance / Financial Services domain Exposure to AI/ML and advanced analytics solutions Strong network within partner ecosystem Owns revenue and growth for Data & Analytics practice Drives partner-led expansion and co-sell strategy Bridges sales, alliances, and solutioning to deliver business impact
