This role is hybrid, where you will be expected to be in the office 2‑3 days per week.
Salary range:
$130,500 - $245,000, depending on experience and geographic location
Your New Role
Effective planning of operational tasks to enable the smooth operation of the Majesco Policy Administration System.
Recognize trends and repeat issues and work with business stakeholders on longer‑term fixes to reduce frequency.
Self and formal learning to improve Product Owner skills.
Support the creation of product roadmaps, epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Contribute to all Agile ceremonies including PI Planning, Daily Standups, Backlog Refinement, and retrospectives.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to enable the operational management of the Majesco PAS.
Use various sources of insight, metrics, and data available to make data‑driven decisions.
Develop a strong understanding of customer needs, motivations, and behaviors to influence experiences that contribute to a rewarding customer experience.
Build a deep understanding of the Policy Administration System from product design, underwriting, process, claims, and commercial perspectives.
Perform UAT of product improvements.
Manage compliance‑related changes.
May assist with Business Production Support tasks as needed.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Preferred Experience
Extensive Commercial Insurance experience.
Policy Administration system ownership or administration experience.
Experience in financial services.
Certified Product Owner.
SAFe Certification.
Compensation Package The salary range for this role is $130,500 – $245,000, depending on experience, geographic location, and the complexity of the role. In addition to the base salary, employees are eligible for a discretionary bonus plan based on performance.
