
Performance Analyst

Overview
Performance analyst will be responsible for calculating and reviewing Composite level performance as well as researching any outliers. Analyst will also be responsible for addressing ad-hoc requests from Investment teams and other internal partners and supporting ongoing GIPS verification.
We currently operate in a hybrid working model, whereby you will be required to work in-office 4 days per week.

Responsibilities
Review all monthly account performance calculations for completion and accuracy
Reconcile performance between multiple platforms
Collaborate effectively with other teams on special strategic initiatives
Proactively identify areas to increase efficiency
Enhance the controls of the audit review process
Qualifications Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field
2+ Years of performance analysis for investment performance
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Apps
Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels; where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important.
Remain in stationary position for prolonged periods of time
Operate computer programs and software
Ability to communicate effectively with audiences in person and in electronic formats
Day-to-day contact with others (co-workers and/or public)
Ability to work in a collaborative business environment in close quarters with peers and varying interruptions.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS)
Experience with Archer/Confluence StatPro or Advent/APX preferred
Experience with market systems such as: FactSet, Bloomberg, Morningstar
Experience with automated financial systems such as: Confluence StatPro, Archer, Confluence Unity, Advent APX
Experience with Power Apps is a plus
Experience with Microsoft Copilot or other AI tools is a plus
CIPM Preferred

Compensation Base Pay Range: $70,000 - $80,000
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary bonus programs, or other annual or non-annual incentive or sales plans.)
