Clyx works with the best communities in the US to help people connect with one another IRL and find things to do. Content and community go hand in hand at Clyx, and this role sits at the intersection of both. As Social Media Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for shaping how Clyx and its partner communities show up online - creating content that drives discovery, builds trust, and moves people from scrolling to showing up in real life. This is a creative and strategic role that blends storytelling, social media expertise, and partner relationship management. You will own Clyx's content output across Instagram and TikTok, and work directly with partner communities to help them grow their presence and bring more people through the door. What You’ll Get To Own

Creative storytelling through content creation and social media growth strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and community. Produce Community Spotlights and Q&A content Create and plan short-form video content for Instagram and TikTok Edit B-roll footage into polished social content Plan and manage Clyx’s content calendar Community Strategy & Partnerships

Manage relationships with active partner communities across multiple cities and advise on social media strategies Identify and facilitate cross-community social media collaboration opportunities Own outsourcing for freelance creators to capture event content and produce discovery-focused videos Coordinate asset collection from communities Systems & Operations

Maintain the CRM and track granular and account-wide performance metrics across all of our marketing channels Document repeatable frameworks for content production and community onboarding What We're Looking For

A driven and confident self-starter, who is comfortable leading and owning Clyx social media presence - we are looking for innovation rather than continuation Creative storyteller with a genuine passion about community, culture, and the power of IRL connection An innovative storyteller with a strong instinct for what works on short-form social - particularly Instagram and TikTok Comfortable with content production end-to-end Organised and systems-minded - able to manage a variety communities and content pipelines simultaneously Data-aware - able to track performance, identify what's working, and adapt accordingly
