We’re supporting a high-growth, advisory firm, on multiple urgent Associate hires within their Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) team. This is a deal-first environment — lean teams, direct client exposure, and the opportunity to take ownership of financial due diligence workstreams early in your career. You’ll work across mid-market transactions ($20m–$500m), partnering with private equity sponsors, lenders and corporate clients. Compensation

Execute
buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence Analyse
quality of earnings (QoE) ,
working capital , and
net debt Identify key risks, trends, and deal considerations Build and own
Excel-based analysis and outputs Contribute to
client-ready reports and presentations Work closely with senior team members in
lean deal teams What They’re Looking For
1–4 years experience
in: Financial Due Diligence (FDD) / TAS / Deals Background from Mid Market / PE-backed advisory firms Big 4
Transaction Services / Deals teams only Hands-on experience with: QoE analysis CPA preferred Important
Not suited to pure audit backgrounds without deal exposure Accounting advisory / technical accounting (AAS / policy) FP&A / finance roles without transaction experience Why Join
