Job Summary
Seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable
Commercial Lines Account Manager
to join a team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial lines insurance coverages, experience in a client-facing role, and the ability to manage new and renewal business. This is a hybrid position, offering a mix of remote and in-office work, and an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to contribute to the agency's success.
Compensation Package
Salary Range:
$70,000 - $90,000 (commensurate with skills and experience)

Responsibilities
Manage and service commercial lines insurance coverages in a brokerage/agency setting.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and service.
Handle new and renewal business processes efficiently.
Prepare and complete certificates, proposals, policy summaries, and reviews.
Review insurance contracts for accuracy and ensure compliance with client needs.
Collaborate with the sales team to support agency revenue growth.
Apply problem-solving techniques to address issues such as cancellations, claims, renewal challenges, audits, receivables, and carrier-related matters.
Qualifications/Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience managing Commercial Lines Accounts.
Active state Property & Casualty (P&C) License is required.
Strong customer service and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
High school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.
