LHH is seeking an experienced
Senior Commercial Insurance Account Manager
to support a growing commercial insurance book. This role is ideal for a seasoned commercial lines professional who excels in client service, policy administration, and collaboration with producers and underwriters. Responsibilities
Manage day‑to‑day service needs for commercial insurance clients, including endorsements, renewals, certificates of insurance, and policy changes Support claims reporting and follow‑up as needed Partner with producers to support new business and maintain existing accounts Coordinate with underwriting teams to ensure accurate coverage and documentation Complete ACORD forms and carrier applications with a high level of accuracy Track follow‑ups and ensure timely resolution of outstanding requests Qualifications
Active
Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License
required Senior‑level experience in commercial lines account management Experience with
Applied Systems Epic
preferred Strong organizational, communication, and client service skills Professional designations such as
CISR, CIC, ARM, or CPCU
preferred Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST Location: Remote or onsite Salary range:
