Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Manager based in the Washington DC-Baltimore Area, with flexibility for remote work. The Account Manager will be responsible for developing and nurturing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and acting as the primary point of contact for customer accounts. The role includes understanding client needs, negotiating contracts, creating proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and the successful delivery of solutions. Technically based this is a sales engineering type role that allows for a scientific approach. The technology is advanced and is used in a wide array of applications. Qualifications
Proven experience in account management, client relationship management, and business development Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities Competence in understanding technical products and providing tailored solutions Organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple accounts and priorities Proficiency in CRM tools and other relevant software Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment, balancing in-office and remote work Proactive problem-solving approach and a results-oriented mindset Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; technical background or experience in the technology sector is a plus
