The New Colleague Training (NCT) program is a paid, interactive, and fun learning experience. While participating in NCT, you’ll receive support, coaching and guidance from your Training Manager and your peers. You will also connect daily in your virtual classroom. NCT combines group instruction with the autonomy to soar on your own.
Your wellbeing is a priority for both you and us. After graduating from NCT, you can work from home or in a hybrid model. You will remain connected to your manager and team, while working autonomously and safely in the comfort of your own home.
What you’ll be doing As an Executive Recruiter, you will be a part of a dynamic recruiter team focused on both the client and the candidate. You will manage both sides of the desk, helping clients and candidates thrive.
The Executive Recruiter is responsible for executing the full life‑cycle of direct hire recruiting for top‑tier, mid‑ to senior‑level professional direct hire job orders for a variety of clients. This role requires a sense of urgency, a focus on existing clients and the identification of new ones, interviewing candidates and matching them with their dream organizations and careers.
About you
Bachelor's degree preferred, or five (5) years professional work experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
High level of adaptability to pivot and meet changing priorities

Compensation & Benefits The anticipated salary for this position is $50,000‑$70,000 unless outlined below. In addition to base salary, the position is also eligible for incentive compensation based on achievements outlined in the compensation plan.
California – $70,304
Colorado – $57,783.96 - $70,000
New York City, Long Island, and Westchester Counties - $66,300 - $70,000
New York – All Other Locations - $62,353.20 - $70,000
Washington – $80,168.40
Benefit offerings for full‑time employment include medical, dental, vision, term life and AD&D insurance, short‑term and long‑term disability, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, wellness plans, and a 401(k) plan or a non‑qualified deferred compensation plan. Available paid leave includes Personal Time Off (PTO) on an accrual basis up to 152 hours a year, 10 paid holidays, 1 community service day, and up to 6 weeks of paid parental leave. PTO and holiday hours are prorated based on hire date within the calendar year.
