Overview
Fay Investments operates in the U.S. residential mortgage loan market with a primary focus on the acquisition and sale of closed, performing mortgage loans. Responsibilities Oversee all business operations, including talent acquisition and development, operational performance, required infrastructure, management, and evaluation of systems and models. Define and optimize workflows and processes to ensure an efficient and effective environment. Act as General Manager, responsible for all facets of Janssen Ridge, achieving financial targets, growing the business, and ensuring compliance with company and industry regulations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (or commensurate combination of education and experience)
10+ years of experience in mortgage servicing and/or originations with deep expertise in industry standards, best practices, scalable operating models, and regulatory requirements
Previous depth of experience in managing the purchasing of MSRs and loans
Well‑developed experience in developing and managing financial forecasts, budgets, and operating plans
10+ years’ experience managing people and leading teams
Strong financial modeling skills; prior valuation experience of loan portfolios
Strategic leadership with proven ability to foster a positive, collaborative work environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to effectively communicate at C‑Suite level
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships across the organization to influence and drive required results
Collaborative and consultative work style; demonstrated investment in the success of the broader team and organization
Effective management skills to include talent selection, training, coaching, mentorship, and performance management
Demonstrated ability to quickly establish credibility, coupled with the ability to recognize and support the organization’s culture, values, and priorities
Able to manage and lead change; agile; high learning agility
Strong execution skills and results orientation; able to link to business needs with tactical execution and results
Demonstrated critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities; strong analytical skills and sound judgement

Compensation
The hiring range for this position is between $225,000.00 and $250,000.00 annually
This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus
