We’re looking for a
Paid Media Coordinator
to support our direct-response media buying team across data, reporting, research, and campaign operations.
You’ll play a key part in keeping our data accurate, reporting consistent, and insights organized, working closely with Media Buyers and contributing to the day-to-day execution of high-volume campaigns.
This is an entry-level role ideal for someone looking to break into performance marketing and gain hands‑on exposure to how paid media campaigns are managed and optimized.
Data Management & Campaign Tracking
Maintain and update performance tracking across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, Bing), ensuring accuracy in spend, conversions, CPA, and ROAS
Document and organize A/B test results across creative, landing pages, and audiences to support ongoing optimization
Ensure consistency in campaign naming conventions and UTM tracking
Identify and flag data discrepancies or anomalies for review
Reporting & Performance Support
Pull and compile performance data from GA4 and advertising platforms on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
Support the creation of performance reports and summaries used in team syncs and strategy discussions
Monitor key metrics (CVR, CPA, funnel performance) to maintain clear visibility into campaign performance
Competitive Research & Market Insights
Track and maintain competitive intelligence across ads, messaging, and offers
Monitor platforms such as Meta Ad Library and Google Ads Transparency Center to identify trends and new competitors
Research keyword trends and seasonal patterns within the health and wellness space
Ad Operations & Creative Coordination
Monitor ad account issues (disapprovals, delivery errors) and flag for resolution
Organize and maintain creative assets with clear tagging and categorization
Coordinate with design teams to ensure timely delivery of campaign assets
Team Collaboration
Work closely with Media Buyers to support campaign execution and gain exposure to testing and optimization strategies
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel
Ability to learn new tools and platforms quickly (GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager)
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Curiosity about digital marketing and performance advertising
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, remote environment
Nice to Have
Internship, coursework, or exposure to digital marketing, advertising, or analytics
Familiarity with paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta, Bing)
Basic understanding of marketing metrics such as CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate
Competitive Salary: $70,000 to $75,000 annually + bonus compensation, depending on your experience
This is a fully remote position
