This is a part-time, primarily remote Social Media Intern role, with optional access to our office space in Washington, DC if preferred. This position offers a monthly stipend and is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience building and growing a mission-driven brand. The Social Media Intern will be responsible for: Creating engaging, relatable, and educational content Managing and growing Jubilee Relief Hub’s social media accounts Executing digital campaigns aligned with our brand voice Monitoring and analyzing performance metrics Researching trends and identifying opportunities to increase engagement Engaging with our online community to build trust and brand awareness This role is perfect for someone who understands how to create content that connects emotionally and drives action. Qualifications
Experience with Social Media Marketing and Content Creation Basic understanding of Digital Marketing principles Strong written and verbal communication skills Familiarity with social media analytics tools is a plus Creative thinker with the ability to execute ideas quickly Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred) The Social Media Intern will be responsible for executing a content-driven growth strategy focused on increasing brand awareness, engagement, and user acquisition. This includes creating consistent short-form and static content, developing relatable and educational posts centered around debt relief, and producing conversion-focused content that drives users to Jubilee’s platform. The intern will actively manage and grow social media accounts, engage with the online community through comments and direct messages, and stay on top of emerging trends to inform content creation. In addition, they will track performance metrics such as engagement, reach, and conversions, providing weekly insights and recommendations to improve results. This role goes beyond content creation and is designed for someone who can connect with audiences, think strategically, and contribute directly to the growth of a mission-driven platform.
