PeerSource is currently recruiting for a
Salesforce FSL Architect
on a
Direct Hire
basis. This role is based out of Atlanta, GA (hybrid 1-2 days/week onsite).
Summary: We are seeking a Salesforce Architect with deep expertise in Field Service Lightning to lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing service solutions. This role will define end-to-end architecture, guide complex implementations, and ensure alignment with enterprise standards and business objectives. The ideal candidate brings strong technical leadership and experience across Field Service, Service Cloud, and enterprise integrations.
Responsibilities
Define end-to-end Salesforce architecture for Field Service Lightning and Service Cloud implementations
Design scalable solutions leveraging Field Service Lightning, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and platform capabilities
Establish architectural standards, best practices, and governance processes across implementations
Architect and optimize Field Service solutions including work orders, service appointments, scheduling, dispatcher console, and mobile/offline capabilities
Design and implement enterprise integration strategies across ERP, inventory, IoT, GIS, and third-party systems using APIs, platform events, and middleware (MuleSoft preferred)
Lead technical teams, review code and configurations, and resolve complex system and performance issues
Architect automation using Flows, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and validation rules
Define data architecture including migration, data quality, security, and compliance strategies
Partner with business stakeholders to define requirements, evaluate solution options, and recommend optimal approaches aligned to operational and technical goals
Lead business solutioning efforts by translating complex operational requirements into scalable Salesforce architecture aligned to business outcomes
Required Skills
10-15+ years of Salesforce experience with proven experience architecting large-scale Field Service Lightning solutions
Deep expertise in Field Service Lightning, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flows, and Salesforce APIs
Strong experience with enterprise integration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Change Data Capture) and middleware such as MuleSoft
Experience with Salesforce mobile architecture, offline capabilities, and performance optimization for high-volume environments
Demonstrated expertise in business solutioning, including requirements discovery, solution evaluation, and aligning technical design to business objectives
Strong understanding of field service operations including scheduling, dispatching, workforce management, and asset/service lifecycle
Ability to lead technical teams, influence architectural decisions, and communicate complex concepts to business stakeholders
Experience working in Agile environments with distributed teams
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Salesforce certifications such as CTA (or progress toward), Field Service Lightning Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, or Integration Architecture Designer preferred; industry experience in Utilities, Manufacturing, Telecom, Energy, or Medical Devices is a plus
