Salesforce Developer - Service Cloud / OMS / Agentforce
Location: Bedford, MA (Local Candidates Only - within ~30 miles)
Employment Type: Hybrid (Remote currently, must be local)
Pay: $45-$50/hr.
We are seeking a Salesforce Developer with strong experience in Service Cloud, Order Management (OMS), and Agentforce to design and deliver scalable CRM and customer service solutions. This role supports full lifecycle development, integrations, and AI‑driven enhancements within a global Salesforce environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and support solutions using Salesforce Service Cloud and Order Management (OMS)
Develop applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows
Build and maintain REST API integrations and backend services
Deliver enhancements across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
Enhance and optimize Agentforce chatbot functionality, including transactional workflows
Configure chatbot intents, prompts, actions, fallback logic, and knowledge integration
Support Salesforce Data Cloud for personalization, identity resolution, and data mapping
Participate in testing, UAT, deployments, and production releases using Git‑based DevOps processes
Required Qualifications
5+ years of Salesforce development experience
Strong hands‑on experience with:
Service Cloud
Order Management (OMS)
Agentforce (recent experience required)
Apex, LWC, Flows, and REST APIs
Experience with Salesforce integrations and deployments (Git‑based preferred)
Bachelor's degree in a technical field (required)
Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certifications preferred
Strong problem‑solving and communication skills
Preferred Experience
Salesforce Data Cloud
AI/chatbot or conversational automation tools
Global or multilingual Salesforce implementations
Customer service, warranty, or technical support systems
