Summary of Work We’re looking for a creative problem-solver with a passion for design and technology. As a Multimedia Specialist, you will manage our website, create visually compelling digital content, and ensure all online materials meet ADA accessibility standards.
What You’ll Do
Design graphics for web, social media, and digital campaigns
Maintain and update internal and external website content for accuracy and usability
Ensure compliance with ADA and WCAG accessibility guidelines
Monitor social media through engagement and responsiveness
Support digital strategy and enhance user experience
What We’re Looking For
Experience in graphic design and web content management.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and web content management systems (CMS).
Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic web development principles.
Familiarity with ADA and WCAG accessibility guidelines.
Proven ability to edit and proofread for grammar, clarity, and consistency.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
Experience with SEO best practices.
Understanding of responsive design and user-centered products and services.
Ability to work independently, but also collaboratively across multiple areas.
Minimum Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Communications, or a related field plus at least one (1) year of relevant work experience.
Or a combination of education (minimum high school diploma or equivalent), training, and experience which demonstrates equivalent knowledge, skills, and abilities.
