Responsibilities

• Greet guests and create Magic Memories by providing world‑class service.
• Act as lead manager in the absence of the Assistant Retail Photography Manager.
• Provide floor supervision and administrative duties, ensuring the team stays focused on guest service and sales goals.
• Take photos and provide guests with memorable experiences and souvenirs.
• Learn to capture and create memories that make people smile.
• Ensure excellent customer service.
• Work with a team to achieve sales goals.

Schedule / Shifts

Hiring immediately. Shifts available any day of the week or weekend during operating hours. Flexible schedule.

Requirements

• No photography experience required; retail experience is a plus. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of people‑management experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Previous guest service experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional communication skills and appearance.
• Experience in digital photography is a plus.
• Must enjoy interacting with guests worldwide and achieving sales goals in a retail atmosphere.
• Must be 16 or older.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Job Type

Part Time. Classification: Non‑Exempt.
