The Skills You Need
Hold a high school diploma or GED
Customer service & order entry experience
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for resolving product issues
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Accurately enter customer purchase orders and quotes by the end of the business day
Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge
Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth operations
Identify and report product or process issues, suggesting improvements
