Customer Service Representative Jacksonville, FL Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour Shift:
Days | Monday - Friday Talk, Solve, Smile-That's the Job. You've got the personality. You've got the skills. Now it's time to land the job that actually fits. We're hiring a customer service rep. A solid customer service job where your voice, vibe, and hustle matter. Here's what we're after:
Experience in logistics operations preferred
Energetic and positive attitude
Great customer service and relationship-building skills
Good communication and negotiating skills
Ability to multitask and remain organized
Ability to problem solve
Willingness to do what it takes to get the job done
Key Responsibilities
Daily carrier sourcing and rate negotiations
Ensure carriers meet all specifications to move our customers' freight
Find, vet, and onboard new qualified carriers to our network
Communicate daily with carriers to build lasting relationships
Analyze carrier performance and address any concerns as needed
Dispatch drivers and track them for the life of a shipment, and update TMS
Generate BOLs for warehouse pickups
Retrieve and upload shipment documents into TMS
Communicate with customers about any tender acceptance or issues
Supply customers with pricing
Schedule shipments via phone, email and/or scheduling portals
Update daily and MTD reports
