ARGO MEDIA DMV is hiring: Content Creator / Videographer in Baltimore

Here at ARGO Media - we're a fast-growing social media content creation agency based in the DMV, and we're looking for a creative, driven content creator to join our team on a contract basis. If you live and breathe short-form video, know how to make brands look great on social media, and love filming cool things… we want to hear from you! This is a hands‑on, on‑site role. You'll be shooting at client locations across the DC, Maryland, and Virginia area, so local availability and reliable transportation are a must. What you'll do Follow a Shoot Itinerary created by our Brand Strategists Film short‑form video content for platforms including TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts Collaborate with our team and clients on shoot day concepts and on‑camera direction Adapt content styles across multiple industries and audiences Upload media to our cloud and assign it to an editor What we're looking for Experience creating social media content, either independently, for clients, or in a corporate/agency marketing role Strong eye for framing, lighting, and storytelling in vertical video format Proficiency with video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar) Comfortable on set — able to work quickly, adapt on the fly, and bring energy to shoots A portfolio or social presence that shows your range Based in the DMV with the ability to travel to on‑site shoots as scheduled Nice to have Background in corporate marketing, PR, or brand communications Experience working with multiple clients or brands simultaneously Knowledge of social media trends, sounds, and formats across platforms Compensation & details Pay rate: $20/hour Type: Contract Location: On‑site (DMV area) Schedule: Flexible, shoot‑based How to apply Send your portfolio, resume, and/or links to past content along with a brief intro about yourself and your experience to contact@argomedia.io.
