Your responsibilities include initiating outbound calls to roofing companies, identifying potential clients, scheduling appointments for our sales team, building rapport with prospects, presenting our services professionally, and maintaining accurate records of calls and interactions. This role requires effective communication skills and a results-driven mindset.
Qualifications
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills needed to engage potential clients effectively
Proven experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or sales outreach is preferred
Ability to manage customer relationships and maintain detailed call records
Reliability, persistence, and a goal-oriented attitude to meet and exceed targets
Familiarity with the roofing industry and Google Ads is a plus
Proficient in basic computer applications and CRM tools
Willingness to work on-site in Austin, TX
