
Leasing Agent I/COS (Eastern Park Apartments - 1357)

Position Overview
This Leasing Agent I/COS is directly responsible for marketing and leasing Eastern Park Apartments, a 201-unit affordable senior housing community in San Francisco, CA, and for providing resident relations services.
Salary range: $21.00 to $32.00 per hour; hiring range generally $21.00 to $26.50 per hour, based on experience. Salary will consider the candidate’s experience and the current pay levels of similar roles at EAH.
Responsibilities
Assist in developing and implementing marketing plans and creating advertisements
Provide property tours and show model units
Log all traffic, complete follow‑up, process rental applications, and prepare leases
Collect deposits and conduct unit inspections
Conduct market survey of competition
Participate in property inspections, move‑in/move‑out processes, and aid residents with move‑out procedures
Participate in the re‑certification process
Qualifications
1+ year of related apartment leasing experience or COS experience
Proficient MS Office knowledge and intermediate skills
Knowledge of affordable housing
Criminal Background Check Requirements All candidates who receive a conditional job offer will be required to submit and pass criminal background checks, including verification of education and employment history. Discrepancies may delay or affect eligibility. Certain roles may require fingerprinting. If onsite housing is required, any household members over 18 living onsite must also undergo checks.
Drug Testing Candidates who receive a conditional job offer must submit to drug testing within 72 hours of acceptance. Testing does not include marijuana/cannabis.
