will play a critical role in conducting
Single/Multi-Discipline ISR Analysis ,
Multi-Int Fusion , and
Analytical Tradecraft Support
to provide actionable intelligence for operational and strategic decision-making. This position requires expertise in integrating intelligence from multiple sources and delivering high-quality intelligence products to support mission objectives. Key Responsibilities: Conduct
Single/Multi-Discipline ISR Analysis
and
Multi-Int Fusion
to support operational and strategic decision-making, and tactical operations. Develop and deliver high-quality intelligence products, including reports, briefings, and assessments, to inform mission planning and execution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including analysts, mission planners, and operators, to ensure timely and accurate intelligence delivery. Maintain proficiency in analytical tools, methodologies, and software to ensure the delivery of cutting-edge intelligence solutions. Provide mentorship and training to junior analysts, fostering the development of analytical tradecraft skills. Ensure compliance with all security protocols and classification guidelines. Travel may be required (Up to 15%). Qualifications
Required Qualifications: Experience / Education: 14 years w/o a degree or 12 years with AS/AA or 10 years with BS/BA or 8 years with MS/MA or 4 years with PhD Technical Expertise: Proficiency in
Single/Multi-Discipline ISR Analysis
and
Multi-Int Fusion . Completion of a commercial, military, or U.S. Government
all-source analysis training course
or specialized intelligence certification. Familiarity with analytical tools, databases, and software used in ISR operations. Strong understanding of intelligence collection platforms and processes. Skills: Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills for producing high-quality intelligence products. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. Security Clearance: Active
Top Secret/SCI
clearance is required with Polygraph eligibility. Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting the
55th Wing (55 WG)
or similar ISR organizations. Familiarity with advanced analytical tradecraft techniques and methodologies. Prior experience mentoring or training junior analysts. Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years. Education: Master\'s degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education or have a bachelor\'s degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related expert experience, for a total of 20 years, as a substitute to the master\'s degree.
