$21.91 / Per Hour
**THE DAY-TO-DAY:*** Maintain MGMRI service standards when interacting with guests and coworkers* Design, install, and maintain indoor green spaces, including plant placement, watering, fertilizing, pruning, and overall plant care to ensure healthy and visually appealing environments* Monitor and adjust environmental conditions such as lighting, humidity, temperature, and plant nutrition; apply chemicals as needed in accordance with safety guidelines and industry standards* Identify, monitor, and control pests and diseases to protect plant health* Drive and operate company vehicles, trailers, and/or specialized carts to transport materials and travel between properties* Use a variety of manual tools and equipment (including pruners, shears, saws, shovels, fertilizer spreaders, and pesticide sprayers) to complete gardening tasks* Maintain outdoor spaces as needed, including rock application, raking, blowing, and washing**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:*** Must be 18 years of age or older* High School Diploma, GED or equivalent* Two (2) years of prior relevant education, training, and experience* Two (2) years of prior relevant experience in commercial or resort interior landscape maintenance* One (1) year of prior relevant experience in interior landscape design and installation* Certificate in Ornamental Horticulture or related fields preferred* Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays**THE PERKS & BENEFITS:*** Health & Income Protection benefits (for eligible employees)* Professional and personal development opportunities through employee programs and network groups* Free meals in our employee dining room* Free parking on and off-shift at all MGM Resorts properties* Wellness incentive programs to help you stay healthy physically and mentally* Access to company hotel, food and beverage, retail, and entertainment discounts**VIEW JOB DESCRIPTION:**Are you ready to **JOIN THE SHOW**At MGM Resorts, we exist to entertain the human race and provide an unforgettable escape.
