The Kindle Devices team seeks a customer‑obsessed Product Marketing leader to drive awareness and adoption of Kindle Scribe as a work tool for enterprise customers. It’s still Day 1 with Kindle Scribe, and we’re seeking a Principal Product Marketing Manager & Go‑to‑Market (GTM) Lead to own and drive end‑to‑end GTM strategy for new product launches. This highly cross‑functional role requires a proven leader experienced in developing sales and marketing motions for zero‑to‑one products and scaling them across diverse enterprise customer segments and channels.
Key Responsibilities
Define and drive the end‑to‑end multi‑year GTM strategy for Kindle Scribe adoption in enterprises.
Build and maintain detailed GTM playbooks aligned with product roadmaps, customer needs, and sales/channel objectives.
Drive positioning, messaging, and enterprise market segmentation for new and existing products.
Develop and establish a scalable channel strategy to help launch and scale Kindle Scribe adoption.
Identify, recruit, and manage strategic channel partners to support product launches.
Drive partner enablement programs, tools and materials to ensure partner and product success.
Build sales playbooks, tools, training, and enablement programs to drive adoption and pipeline growth.
Own post‑launch evaluation and iterate GTM approaches based on performance and field feedback.
Own and drive marketing strategies for new products, collaborating with the marketing team to launch integrated campaigns.
Partner with product marketing to develop messaging frameworks, positioning, and competitive differentiation.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Partner, and Technical Field professionals to accelerate growth.
Basic Qualifications
9+ years of professional non‑internship marketing experience
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
Experience building, executing and scaling cross‑functional marketing programs
Experience driving direction and alignment with cross‑functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with creating GTM initiatives at scale
Experience working cross‑functionally across marketing, product management, analytics, UX and research
Salary & Benefits Base salary range:
USA, CA, Sunnyvale – 187000.00 to 252900.00 USD annually
USA, WA, Seattle – 170000.00 to 230000.00 USD annually
