Aerotek - - Responsibilities: Install finish carpentry components including baseboards, trim, doors, windows, cabinetry, and other interior finish details; Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to ensure accurate layout and installation; Perform precise measuring, cutting, fitting, and fastening to achieve clean, high-quality finishes; Make adjustments and touch-ups to ensure proper alignment, fit, and appearance; Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently while maintaining a clean and organized work area
