Overview Trifecta Services Company is currently seeking a driven and detail-oriented Business Development to join our growing team as a leader in the demolition and environmental space. Trifecta Services Company is one of the largest demolition companies in North America.
In this role, you will be responsible to drive new opportunities while managing the bid process from initial lead through final submission. This role combines client relationship development with hands on bid coordination, serving as a key connection between our clients and internal estimating team. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable engaging with clients while making sure bids are executed accurately and on time.
Responsibilities Business Development will be responsible for: Identify and pursue new project opportunities and leads
Build and maintain relationships with general contractors, developers, and clients
Conduct outreach, client meetings, and site visits
Attend pre-bid meetings and industry events as needed
Follow up on submitted bids and maintain ongoing client communication
Manage the full bid process from opportunity intake through submission
Gather, review, and distribute plans, specifications, and addenda
Complete and maintain prequalification packages
Coordinate bid bonds and required documentation
Prepare and submit complete, compliant bid packages
Maintain a bid pipeline and opportunity tracker
Track bid performance, win rates, and awarded work
Conduct post-bid follow-ups to gather feedback and strengthen relationships
Help improve internal processes related to bidding and opportunity tracking
Qualifications 3+ years of experience in construction, demolition, or related industry
Experience in business development, estimating support, or bid coordination
Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze bid documents and develop strategic approaches to bids and proposals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.
