Marketing Specialist (Content + Digital + Drone) Messing Roofing | Peoria, IL Messing Roofing is growing fast—and we’re looking for a hands‑on Marketing Specialist to take full ownership of our marketing efforts. This is not a support role. You will own the marketing function—from digital campaigns to on‑site content creation—helping drive leads and showcase our work in the field. What You’ll Do Own and execute all marketing campaigns (digital + local) Manage social media, website, and content strategy Capture photo/video content on job sites (before, during, after) Fly drone footage to showcase projects (or get certified) Edit and produce content for ads, social, and web Manage SEO, Google presence, and online reviews Track performance and optimize for leads and ROI Build a strong visual brand and content library What We’re Looking For 1–3 years of marketing experience (agency experience preferred) Strong experience with Google Ads and paid social (Meta, etc.) Experience managing multiple campaigns or clients Strong content skills (photo/video + editing) Drone experience or willingness to get FAA Part 107 certified Familiar with SEO and digital marketing tools Self‑starter who takes ownership and executes Why Join Messing Roofing $50K–$65K salary (based on experience) Health, Dental, Vision PTO + holidays High ownership role with real impact Strong team, growing company, and clear opportunity to level up #J-18808-Ljbffr
