The Digital Marketing Design Specialist supports the execution of ecommerce and digital marketing creative by producing high-quality, on-brand assets across retailer PDPs, paid media, and social channels. This role focuses on the efficient creation, adaptation, and optimization of digital graphics based on established creative direction, templates, and brand standards. Working under the guidance of the Digital Marketing Designer and Director of Art, this role helps bring digital campaigns and ecommerce content to life at scale, ensuring assets are delivered accurately, on time, and aligned with platform requirements and performance goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Social & Campaign Support Develop social media graphics aligned to campaign direction, product launches, and promotional initiatives.
Assist in assembling cohesive visual sets for campaigns across paid and owned channels.
Ensure timely delivery of assets for campaign launches and scheduled content calendars.
Digital Marketing Asset Development Retail media placements (display, sponsored content)
Google ads (display, responsive formats)
Paid and organic social media graphics
Resize, adapt, and version creative for multiple platforms, formats, and placements.
Maintain consistency across campaigns while adjusting assets for channel-specific requirements.
Support execution of A/B test variations and creative iterations directed by the Digital Marketing Designer and marketing team.
Ecommerce PDP Content Production Create and version digital assets for retailer PDPs, including: Alternate images
Infographics and feature callouts
Comparison charts and basic storytelling visuals
Translate creative direction and templates into finalized assets across multiple SKUs and product variations.
Support updates and refreshes to PDP content based on performance insights, retailer requirements, or product changes.
Ensure all assets meet retailer specifications, formatting requirements, and brand standards.
Production & Workflow Execution Execute against established templates, design systems, and brand guidelines to ensure consistency and efficiency.
Manage multiple projects and priorities with strong attention to detail and deadlines.
Prepare and package final files for handoff across internal teams and external platforms.
Utilize project management and proofing tools to track work and incorporate feedback efficiently.
Partner closely with the Digital Marketing Designer and Director of Art to understand creative direction, priorities, and evolving needs.
Collaborate with pod designers and marketing partners to ensure smooth asset handoffs and alignment.
Apply feedback quickly and accurately to refine creative outputs.
Stay current on digital formats, platform specs, and emerging creative best practices.
QUALIFICATIONS Portfolio demonstrating digital graphics for ecommerce, advertising, or social media.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator required).
Experience adapting creative across multiple formats and platforms.
Understanding of ecommerce PDP structure and digital marketing asset requirements preferred.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage high-volume production work.
Ability to follow creative direction while maintaining high design quality and brand consistency.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION 2–4+ years of experience in digital design, graphic production, or marketing creative.
