Healing Springs Wellness Center is seeking a highly organized, dependable, and motivated Office & Marketing Coordinator to support our daily operations and community outreach.
Healing Springs is an integrative, culturally affirming mental health and wellness center offering trauma-informed services including EMDR, somatic therapy, Reiki, massage, yoga, and wellness workshops. Our mission is to create a safe, inclusive environment where healing and personal growth feel accessible and empowering.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both administrative coordination and creative marketing support, and who thrives in a mission-driven wellness environment.
Position Overview
The Office & Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring a seamless client experience while supporting the center’s marketing, outreach, and operational needs. You will serve as a primary point of contact for clients while helping strengthen Healing Springs’ community presence.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Office Support
Manage scheduling, client communication, and appointment coordination
Serve as a welcoming and professional point of contact for clients
Maintain accurate records within our electronic medical record system
Support clinicians and leadership with administrative coordination
Maintain office organization and ensure confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
Assist with social media coordination and content scheduling
Support newsletters, email communications, and marketing materials
Help coordinate workshops, wellness events, and outreach initiatives
Maintain marketing calendars, referral relationships, and outreach tracking
Support efforts to increase brand visibility and community engagement
Qualifications
1–3 years of administrative, office, healthcare, or wellness experience preferred
Experience with social media, marketing coordination, or outreach support preferred
Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
Proficiency with Google Workspace and administrative systems
Experience with Canva, Mailchimp, or TherapyNotes is a plus
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
