
Commercialization Portfolio Manager

As the Commercialization Manager you will manage end-to-end commercialization and pre‑commercialization processes for the Premix and associated Category & Portfolios. The scope covers all new materials from customer projects, market‑driven innovation, or product variants.
Responsibilities
Own and manage the commercialization processes of all finished goods and raw materials for premix, bakery, and film & glitter products in the Americas region.
Once pre‑commercialization/ commercialization is triggered, coordinate across all functions the development and input of all internal and external documentation required to enable the product to be produced and sold.
Work closely with the relevant Health & Nutrition team members & functions to provide required documentation and information needed to register new products in developing markets.
Perform master data/SAP setup functions assigned to the Commercialization manager and coordinate all other master data set‑up across all functional areas.
Act as liaison for internal customers (sales, finance, customer service, purchasing, marketing, operations, quality) for day‑to‑day product activities and questions.
Support master data governance by coordinating required corrections to finished good and raw material SAP data.
Develop and maintain step‑action guides with screenshots and steps for both raw material and finished good processes.
Identify 2‑3 process improvement projects each year and work to completion.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree preferably in a scientific background (Food Science, Nutrition Science, etc.).
2‑5 years related experience within the food and/or ingredients space.
Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Preferred
Strong leadership and influencing skills in managing projects through the organization.
Strong project management skills with the ability to establish priorities, inter‑dependencies, and identify risks.
Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
Strong technical skills with excellent understanding of product lifecycle – from concept to production of a saleable product.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze KPIs, determine root cause of variances and recommend corrective actions.
