Senior Tax Associate / Tax Manager – Corporate Tax

A growing advisory firm is seeking a
Senior Associate or Manager
to join its tax team, supporting large corporate clients and delivering high-quality compliance and advisory services. Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review complex federal corporate tax returns ( Form 1120 ) for large corporations ($500M+ in revenue) Support tax compliance and reporting processes with a focus on accuracy and timeliness Assist with tax provisions ( ASC 740 ) and related analyses Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver exceptional service Contribute to process improvements and best practices Qualifications:
Strong corporate federal tax compliance experience (Form 1120 required) Experience working with public company clients is a plus Exposure to ASC 740 provisions preferred CPA preferred (required if not coming from a Big 4 background)
