Responsibilities Business Development
Identify and prospect new client opportunities within Accounting, Finance, and HR sectors
Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn
Develop and maintain long-term client relationships
Conduct intake meetings to understand hiring needs and organizational culture
Negotiate terms of service and placement fees
Source candidates using Loxo, SeekOut, and LinkedIn Recruiter
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of Accounting, Finance, and HR professionals
Conduct candidate screening and behavioral interviews
Present qualified candidates to clients with detailed profiles
Manage offer negotiations and candidate experience
CRM Management
Consistently meet or exceed revenue and activity targets
Maintain accurate records in Loxo ATS/CRM
Track metrics including submissions, interviews, placements, and revenue
Continuously build and refine candidate and client pipelines
Qualifications
2+ years of recruiting experience in talent management / preferred recruitment
Proven success in cold outreach, business development and client acquisition
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Results-driven with a competitive mindset
Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities simultaneously
