Responsibilities
Deliver, teach and facilitate courses to meet course and customer learning objectives.
Create lesson plans, conduct training sessions and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
Instruct intelligence professionals on tradecraft and leadership.
Develop and/or refine curricula to meet evolving customer training needs, establishing course content and objectives.
Enhance student competencies in course‑specific technical intelligence disciplines.
Evaluate student performance and make recommendations for improvement.
Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies and subject areas.
Monitor student progress during course delivery and provide feedback to the customer.
Support development or modification of courses in coordination with Technical Instructional Systems Designers, as approved by the customer.
Serve as a subject‑matter expert using professional and technical experience to engage and teach adult learners.
Required Qualifications
Demonstrated experience delivering content for adult learners.
Demonstrated experience tailoring communications and facilitating discussions with small and large groups of people with diverse backgrounds.
Demonstrated experience adopting new technologies for knowledge management and/or tailoring technology to support learning needs.
Demonstrated ability to be a self‑starter, work effectively as a team, work outside comfort zone, and adapt to emerging technologies and evolving requirements.
Demonstrated experience working in a collaborative team environment and partnering across customer offices and mission centers/directorates.
Experience performing technical targeting and/or technical analysis or intelligence analysis using IC data to support customer technical collection and/or technical operations.
Expertise in leveraging a variety of data collections to perform call‑chaining analysis, travel‑data analysis, identify pattern‑of‑life information, or data analysis to address intelligence gaps.
Experience writing technical targeting or analytic cables using customer tools.
5+ years of experience with the customer as a staff employee or contractor, supporting missions in Targeting, Technical Research, Development & Engineering, Technical Operations, Technical Analysis, Technical Programs & Policy, or intelligence analysis.
5+ years of experience providing training with the customer.
United States citizenship and an active/current TS/SCI with polygraph clearance.
Desired Qualifications
Certificate in Training, Facilitation, Teaching, and/or Learning from a professional organization.
Extensive experience with the customer supporting multiple missions.
Experience supporting more than one area of technical expertise (Targeting, Technical Operations, or Technical Research, Development or Engineering).
Advanced degree in Science, Engineering, or Education.
Adult learning experience teaching technical courses using a broad range of delivery modalities (synchronous, asynchronous, instructor‑led, web‑based training, virtual training, and/or blended courses).
Experience in technical targeting in more than one customer line of business.
Familiarity with geospatial and imagery tools and related IC capabilities.
Working knowledge of customer and Technical Targeting Analyst role and enabling technical operations and engineering developments through delivery of related intelligence.
