The Role As a Realtor with CityScapes Realty, you are at the front of the real estate community, advising clients on their real estate transactions, showing properties and utilizing your negotiation skills. Strong work ethic and unwavering commitment to your clients.

Generate and manage listings of real estate properties. Provide guidance and assist buyers and sellers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms. Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them. Negotiate transactions and manage the documentation process. Stay up to date with real estate market trends, the local economy, and property laws.

Qualifications A valid Real Estate Agent/Broker license or willing to obtain. Proven track record of successful real estate sales. Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to create and maintain client relationships. Self‑motivated and able to work independently.
