Job Overview
Our real estate client based in Rockville, MD seeks a Controller to run all of the financial close, reporting, budgeting/forecasting, build and oversee an outsourced accounting ops team, work with year-end auditors and tax advisors, and own all cash flow forecasting. The company is growing quickly via acquisitions and this is a highly visible role with significant interaction with leadership.
Responsibilities
Run all of the financial close, reporting, budgeting/forecasting, build and oversee an outsourced accounting ops team
Work with year-end auditors and tax advisors
Own all cash flow forecasting
Qualifications
Real estate experience
Private equity background
CPA highly preferred
Compensation Cash compensation $150K – $175K + equity.
Remote Work This role is mostly remote, with 1-2 days a month in the office for team meetings.
