Role Description nAs a Closer, you will be responsible for hands‑on management for nationwide real estate closing and post‑closing administration from start to finish. You will work closely with lenders, brokers, correspondents, legal counsel, title companies, vendors, and stakeholders with minimal direction in handling the Company’s loan closings. Problem solving and attention to detail are key components for this role and superior customer service and communications skills are needed

s.Work with Underwriters to assist clients and real estate professionals with resolving clearance of all files prior to closing to ensure clear titl
e.Calculate, examine, and prepare HUD Settlement Statements, Deeds and Transfer Documents and work with clients to effectively prepare for closin
g.Schedule and lead smooth closings- free of erro
rsResponsible for the oversight of recording of documents with Title Company, issuance of title policies, upon closi
ngPerform due diligence to ensure all liens and judgments are addressed, and title is clear before closi
